We ship to all 50 US States, Puerto Rico, and Military APO addresses only.
DO I GET SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
Every package includes delivery confirmation provided by the carrier of choice (see carrier details below). Signature confirmation may be required for orders over $50.
CAN YOU SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes we can ship to your office, PO Boxes, gift addresses and forward addresses. However, all orders $100 and over will ship to the Bill-To-Address as matched on your credit card billing statement.
SHIPPING METHODS, Transit Times, and RATES:
We offer UPS 3 Day Select for ideal expedited shipping requirements, larger orders, ship to business locations, and provides delivery confirmation and insurance of up to $100. UPS Delivery Schedules and Transit Time depend on your location; UPS Ground can be 1 to 5 days in transit. For accurate days in transit, please refer to UPS scheduled business days.
UPS Priority Mail $5.95:
We offer one flat rate $5.95 for 1-3 day delivery with no additional fees or hidden charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed by the United States Post Office and the 1-3 day estimate is based on averages, excluding any extreme weather delays or unforeseen circumstances outside the USPS control. Cost-effective delivery in 2-3 days to most locations. *Delivery times are delivery estimates as quoted by the USPS and refer to time in transit once the package is collected by the USPS

HOW DO I CANCELL OR CHANGE, OR ADD TO MY ORDER?
Hurry, we ship fast. Once the checkout process has been completed and submitted online we immediately begin the Pick-Pack-and-Ship process* Once the order is completed in our warehouse, you will need to follow our RMA process for return. Most likely your order will be picked, packed, and the shipping label* completed within an hour or two.
* Once the shipping label and tracking number is issued, the package is put into large crates along with hundreds of other packages. We have three pick-up manifests each day and your package has most likely left our building by the time we receive any cancel or change of address request.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Simply visit Versiomobile's home page, click on the “Orders” link at top of the page and sign in. You will find all the order details including tracking information and links.

HOW DO I RETURN or EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
We make it simple. We will issue a full refund minus the shipping and handling costs within 45 days of the original purchase order. No restocking fees or hidden charges for all Versio Mobile Returns. Please visit our Return Policy page and follow the simple instructions and we will issue an RMA number to assist you.
Defective products can be returned for exchange or refund within 45 days from the original date of purchase and must include the original packaging. Please see our return policy.
WHAT CAN I DO AFTER 45 DAYS?
After 45 days, we will gladly assist you with any manufacturers warranty issues. All Versio Mobile Products come with a one year defect warranty (varies by product). You will need a copy of your original receipt to show date of purchase. If you cannot find your original receipt, simply log into your account and print a copy.
